LOCK IT IN
When you are ready to place an order, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
SIT BACK AND WATCH THE MAGIC
Once we receive payment, we will create and send you digital sketches for review. You are able to request changes if needed. Two revisions are included with your order.
ON THE WAY
Once you have approved your final draft(s), the remainder of your invoice is due and your custom stationery will be printed and mailed to you!
LEAD TIMES FOR INVITATIONS
2 to 4 weeks for house collection
3 to 5 weeks for bespoke design
LEAD TIMES FOR DAY OF STATIONERY
We recommend booking your day of stationery 3 months in advance. All wording, guest names, seating charts, etc must be emailed to us no later than 6 weeks out.
RUSH SERVICES
A rush service may be available (fee applies). Let us know prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
